The 2021 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Frontiers Technology of Information and Computer (ICFTIC 2021), will be held on November 12-14, 2021, which is a virtual conference. ICFTIC 2021 will bring together top professionals from industry, government, and academia from around the world. ICFTIC 2021 includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers.
